Data deletion request
You have the right to ask us to delete data we hold about you. This page explains how. It is public and you do not need to sign in to use it — both Meta and TikTok specifically require this kind of publicly-accessible deletion URL, and we make it available to anyone.
What you can ask us to delete
- Your account on any Colorful AI app, and the configuration you created in it.
- Any data we received from a marketplace (Amazon, eBay, Meta, TikTok, Walmart, Google) when you authorized one of our apps.
- Email correspondence between you and us.
- Server logs that contain identifying information about you.
We may need to retain a small subset of data where the law requires it (for example, tax records). If that applies to your request, we will tell you which categories were retained, why, and for how long.
How to send a deletion request
Pick whichever channel is easiest for you. All three work.
Option 1 — Email (fastest)
Send an email to privacy@colorfulaiapps.com with subject line “Data deletion request”. Include:
- The email address (or other identifier) you used with our service.
- The marketplaces you connected, if any (e.g., Amazon, Meta).
- Any other context that would help us find your data.
The mailto link above pre-fills the subject and body for you.
Option 2 — Postal mail
Send a signed letter to:
Privacy — Colorful AI Apps [LLC LEGAL NAME — TO BE FILLED IN] [STREET / PO BOX, CITY, STATE, ZIP — TO BE FILLED IN]
Include the same information described in Option 1.
Option 3 — Revoke at the source
For data we received from a marketplace, you can also revoke our app’s access at the marketplace’s own permissions page. Once revoked, we delete the associated data within 30 days.
- Amazon: sellercentral.amazon.com/apps/manage
- eBay: ebay.com — application access
- Meta: facebook.com — business integrations
- TikTok: TikTok Shop Seller Center → Authorized apps
- Walmart: Walmart Seller Center → API permissions
- Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions
What happens next
- We acknowledge your request, normally within 3 business days.
- We verify it’s really you. Usually, sending the request from the email address tied to your account is enough; we may ask for additional verification if the request is unusual.
- We delete the relevant data and confirm it in writing. We aim to complete most requests within 30 days, and we will respond within the longer of (a) 30 days or (b) the period required by the privacy law that applies to you.
- We tell you about anything we had to retain for legal reasons.
There is no charge for this.
